How to use

Add your signature in 2 minutes

Copy the signature above, then paste it into your email client. Here's how for each provider.

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon, then See all settings
  2. Scroll to the Signature section and click Create new
  3. Clear the editor, then paste your copied signature (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V)
  4. Scroll down and click Save Changes
  1. Open Outlook and go to Settings (gear icon)
  2. Click Mail then Compose and reply
  3. Under Email signature, click New signature
  4. Paste your copied signature into the editor and click Save
  1. Open Mail and go to Mail > Settings (or Preferences)
  2. Click the Signatures tab and click the + button
  3. In the right panel, paste your copied signature (Cmd+V)
  4. Assign the signature to your email account and close Settings
