Verify your BIMI DNS record, DMARC enforcement, and brand logo setup for email inbox display.
Enter a domain to check its BIMI record and validate brand logo setup.
BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) is an email standard that lets organizations display their brand logo next to authenticated emails in recipients' inboxes. Supported by Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Apple Mail, and Fastmail, BIMI helps recipients identify legitimate emails at a glance and increases brand visibility.
BIMI requires: 1) A DMARC record with p=quarantine or p=reject (p=none is not sufficient). 2) A BIMI DNS TXT record at default._bimi.yourdomain.com. 3) An SVG Tiny 1.2 (Portable/Secure) logo hosted via HTTPS. 4) For Gmail specifically, a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC) from DigiCert or Entrust.
A Verified Mark Certificate (VMC) is a digital certificate that verifies your organization's ownership of the brand logo. Gmail requires a VMC to display BIMI logos. VMCs are issued by DigiCert and Entrust after trademark verification. Apple Mail and Yahoo Mail may display BIMI logos without a VMC.
BIMI logos must be in SVG Tiny 1.2 Portable/Secure format. The logo should be square, use a solid background (no transparency), contain no scripts or external references, and be hosted via HTTPS. The file must include the correct SVG profile declaration. Many standard SVGs will need to be converted to meet this specification.
